This advance notice is not an invitation to tender, but it is a market consultation for the upcoming procurement. No tenders will be submitted and no advance registration will be made for the actual tender based on the advance procurement notice.
HUS Group (hereinafter also “HUS” or “the Procuring Entity”) is preparing a procurement of non-invasive oximeter monitoring device and is publishing a prior information notice regarding the procurement.
The aim of this market consultation is to gather information on potential suppliers and the features of available non-invasive oximeter monitors. The non-invasive oximeter monitor to be procured shall be suitable for use during open-heart surgery.
The procurement concerns the non-invasive oximeter monitor (hereinafter also "monitor"), which should include the following features:
- the monitor measures oxygen saturation values in arterial blood (SaO₂) and venous blood (SvO₂);
- the monitor measures hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrit (Hct);
- the monitor measures blood flow using ultrasound, based on the transit-time principle;
- the monitor detects emboli and air bubbles by analyzing attenuation in the ultrasound signal.
The subject of procurement is one (1) monitor and (1) optional monitor.
The Procuring Entity does not commit to proceeding with the procurement. The Procuring Entity also does not commit to the information provided in this information request or its attachments, as the subject or requirements of the procurement may change in the preparation of a procurement procedure.
