Kotkan Energia Oy has tendered for the delivery of one Steam High Voltage Electrode Boiler.
Now days KEO Kotka Hovinsaari power plant site consists of 3 heat boilers and number of steam distributing networks. The heat power plant will produce steam to the district heating network and process steam to company nearby.
New electric boiler with including equipment will be added to existing Hovinsaari heat power plant and will be located in existing building.
The electric boiler will be electrode type and total steam capacity of the electric boiler shall be 30 MW and the voltage of 20 kV.
The electrode boiler will be located in the city of Kotka, Finland.
