Kuvaus
Parameter analyzer with the following properties:
up to 200MS/s sampling rate and below 50 ns voltage pulse width capability for fast switching and capture of switching current characteristics of resistive memories.
has fast pulsed-IV (current/voltage) capabilities for sub-µs pulsing and 0 Ω device loading.
has source measurement units that can deliver 100 V max voltage, that can measure to down to 100 aA and that has 500 µs pulsing capability.
has AC CV (capacitance/voltage) measurement capability between 1 kHz and 5 Mhz, quasi-static CV capability up to 10 Hz, and leakage current compensation.
has graphical user interface with easy-to-use functionality and where data can be exported automatically with customized file format.
