Tietopyynnön kohteen on Pouch puurot. Alustavan suunnitelman mukaan tilaaja tulee valitsemaan yhden toimittajan osaksi hankintasopimusta.

Tämän tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on tiedottaa markkinoita tulevasta kilpailutuksesta, kartoittaa markkinoiden tilannetta,

mahdollistaa kommenttien esittäminen tulevasta hankinnasta (tarjouspyyntöluonnokseen) sekä saada hankintaa koskevaa tietoa,

jotta varsinainen tarjouskilpailu voidaan toteuttaa mahdollisimman tarkoituksenmukaisella tavalla. Tietopyynnöllä täydennetään

osaamista tarjouspyynnön laadintaan. Tietopyyntö ei velvoita hankintayksikköä toteuttamaan hankintaa tietopyynnössä kuvatulla

tavalla, ja hankintayksikkö voi jättää tarjouskilpailun kokonaan toteuttamatta.

Hankintayksikkö ei ole velvollinen ottamaan huomioon tietopyyntöön saatuja vastauksia tarjouspyynnön laadinnassa.

Tietopyyntöön vastaaminen ei sido toimittajaa tarjouskilpailuun osallistumiseen, eikä ole myöskään edellytyksenä myöhemmin

varsinaiseen tarjouskilpailuun osallistumiselle. Tietopyyntöön vastaamatta jättäminen ei estä mahdolliseen tarjouskilpailuun

osallistumista, eikä tietopyyntöön vastaaminen vaikuta toimittajan asemaan varsinaisessa tarjouskilpailussa.

Tällä tietopyynnöllä kerätyt tiedot säilyvät täysin luottamuksellisina ja niitä tullaan käyttämään ainoastaan hankinnan

suunnitteluun. Ennakkoilmoitukseen vastanneille ei makseta korvausta vastaamisesta.

The subject of this request for information is pouch porridges. According to the preliminary plan, the contracting authority intends to select one supplier to be included in the procurement contract.

The purpose of this request for information is to inform the market about the upcoming tender, to survey the market situation, to enable comments on the future procurement (on the draft invitation to tender), and to obtain information related to the procurement in order to conduct the actual tendering process in the most appropriate way possible. This request for information is used to supplement the expertise needed for preparing the invitation to tender. The request for information does not oblige the contracting authority to carry out the procurement as described, and the contracting authority may also decide not to carry out the tendering process at all.

The contracting authority is not obliged to take into account the responses received to this request for information when preparing the invitation to tender. Responding to the request for information does not bind the supplier to participate in the tendering process, nor is it a prerequisite for later participation in the actual tender. Failure to respond to the request for information does not prevent participation in a possible tender, and responding to the request for information does not affect the supplier’s status in the actual tendering process. All information collected through this request for information will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for planning the procurement. No compensation will be paid for responding to the prior information notice.
