Nature and Purpose of This Notice
This is a prior information notice in accordance with Section 57 of the Finnish Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016). This notice is not a contract notice or a request for information (RFI), but a preliminary announcement intended to inform the market and enable the reduction of time limits for the upcoming procurement procedure. The contracting authority aims to carry out the procurement process during 2026.
