Kuvaus
This procurement seeks to engage a Finnish higher education institution (HEI), or consortium, to design and implement a pilot university collaboration programme under the Connectivity for Central Asia (C4CA) initiative. HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd implements this procurement on behalf of the C4CA initiative.
The objective of the assignment is to strengthen higher education capacity in Central Asia in the field of advanced digital connectivity by fostering collaboration between Finnish and Central Asian universities. The pilot will focus on developing advanced digital connectivity skills, strengthening teaching capacity and producing reusable learning outputs.
The selected contractor will design and deliver a pilot collaboration programme with selected partner universities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The assignment may include activities such as faculty exchange or visiting professor arrangements, joint teaching and mentoring, and the co-development of a modular micro-credential programme in advanced digital connectivity.
The assignment will be implemented during Q2/2026–Q1/2027 with an indicative maximum budget of EUR 100 000. The contractor will be responsible for designing and implementing the pilot activities and delivering the agreed outputs, including an inception report, pilot implementation deliverables, and a final report summarising results and recommendations for future scaling.
