The City of Turku is seeking information on the availability and scope of services of an international communications agency to support the City’s international communications activities. The purpose of this request for information is to gain an overview of the market and potential service providers.
This is a market consultation concerning international media agency services. The market consultation is conducted as a request for information (RFI), the purpose of which is to explore the market related to the subject matter of the potential procurement and to obtain information on service availability, possible delivery models, and potential service providers.
Participation in this request for information does not bind the respondents in any way.
The contracting authority does not commit to carrying out a procurement procedure on the basis of this market consultation, and the descriptions and specifications presented do not bind the contracting authority.
The purpose of this request for information is to identify service providers capable of delivering the services described in the notice. Interested service providers are invited to respond to the questions presented and may, at their discretion, submit a description of services that could meet the contracting authority’s identified needs.
The subject matter of the potential procurement is described in a separate annex.
