Kuvaus
The scope of works includes:
- Disassembly of equipment and piping which is no longer needed.
- Supply and installation of a new cooling system including a free cooler.
- Installation of all equipment which is supplied by Lot F.
- Supply and installation of maintenance platforms for servicing the present and the new gas cooling systems.
- Supply and installation of piping for landfill gas, heating, cooling, condensate, water and wastewater as well as armatures and instrumentation; partly re-use of present piping and integration to new piping.
- Piping works include PED gas piping for landfill gas partly up to DN 500; most of the new gas piping is DN 250. Coordination with TUKES and organization of necessary inspections through external bodies.
- The electrical work (deinstallation, installation), including switchbox modifications and assistance during commissioning of the adapted system.
In addition, the contract includes training provided for the operating personnel, delivery of design, operating and maintenance manuals and commissioning procedures, performance test and assistance for optimization of the new installed equipment. Scope of the supply is specified more in detail in the tender request documentation.
Operability of the landfill gas piping through the gas cooling building must be guaranteed except in the case of short-time shutdowns.
