With this market survey/ prior information notice Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) surveys the market and requests information from suppliers concerning the procurement of Ammonia (NH3) Analyzer.
Luke is searching for an Ammonia (NH3) Analyzer that can be attached to an existing Eddy-Covariance measurement station located in an agriculture environment. Analyzer must function outdoors and provide a scientific accuracy and robustness for long-term environmental monitoring.
The procurement entity invites the interested suppliers to participate in a market dialogue by sending their expression of interest and contact details (contact person, e-mail address) by e-mail to [email protected] and copy to [email protected] preferably by 9th of March 2026 at the latest. The e-mail should be titled/identified with a mark "Market Survey LUKE/377/02.10.01.00.05/2026, Ammonia Analyzer".
The interested suppliers are also kindly asked in their e-mail to provide answers to the following questions:
- Ammonia (NH3) is a reactive and sticky substance and adsorbs to the surfaces. How is this considered in the technical design and features of the device you supply?
- Long-term environmental monitoring requires that the used measurement devices are usable under varying weather and are not overly sensitive to e.g. varying temperature. How is this considered in the technical design of the device you supply?
- Analyzer must have a minimum sampling frequency of 10 Hz. What are the measurements ranges, accuracy/precision ranges and response time of the device at this sampling frequency you can supply?
- Are there peer-viewed scientifical publications with your supplied device where it has been used for Eddy-Covariance flux measurements? If yes, please provide references.
- What is the warranty time for your device?
- What is the delivery time for your device?
- What kind of maintenance or calibration does your device need and at what frequency?
- Can you provide technical product sheets and user manual for your device?
The procurement entity may also send further questions and/or draft procurement documents to interest suppliers for comments by email.
The schedules presented and other information presented in this notice, such as the planned course of the market dialogue, are preliminary information that may change as the preparation progresses.
