Kuvaus
Software as a service is the object of the procurement. The Service can be used to plan, implement and manage social media content and to respond to comments, mentions and questions. The Service must also have comprehensive reporting features for monitoring and developing the effectiveness of social media communications.
Software Service refers to software as a service (SaaS) provided by the Supplier and delivered via the information network, and login to the Service takes place via the service provider’s user interface.
The number of users may vary during the agreement period. The preliminary estimate is that there will be 20 users and 10 social media accounts during the early stages of the agreement period.
The Service consists of the following:
- deployment of the Software Service, introductory training, and documentation and instructions required for smooth use,
- necessary user interfaces,
- necessary licences,
- support and maintenance service,
- necessary training for users
Social media channels include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube. One social media account can, for example, mean a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads or YouTube profile of the Finnish Tax Administration.
User IDs are personal, and with each user ID, you can manage multiple social media accounts.
