Kuvaus
Fintraffic Air Navigation Services Ltd ("procurement unit") is procuring a resource management system (RMS) as a ready-made software solution for resource planning of Fintraffic Air Navigation Services’ operational personnel.
The object of the procurement with the requirements and commercial terms is described in more detail in the appendices of the call for tenders.
The procurement unit will select one supplier. The price-quality comparison criteria to select the most economically advantageous tender is described in more detail in an annex 6 Comparison Criteria.
The procurement has not been divided into parts because the procurement unit has assessed that the need can be met with a ready-made solution purchased as a service, for which the system supplier also offers an implementation project and necessary support services.
