The work of the Supplier will focus on advising on the United States governmental acquisitions practices. The work will also include conducting market studies and creating training materials according to instructions of Customer; presenting market studies and insights, as well as training Finnish companies and public authorities; assisting Customer in establishing connections and arranging meetings for Customer and Finnish companies and public authorities with governmental institutions, end customers and public or private stakeholders or authorities in The United States. The target of the consultancy work is to train and educate Finnish industry, research institutes and public stakeholders on the special requirements relating to defense or governmental procurement practices, establish public-private business networks and identify suitable partners, projects and market opportunities in the United States.

The procurement is divided into two (2) lots:

LOT 1 training material creation and training delivery concerning U.S Governmental defense and maritime industry

LOT 2 organizing participation and meetings at trade fairs and similar event concerning U.S Governmental defense and maritime industry

The tenderer can bid for one (1) or both lots. One (1) Service Provider is selected per lot.
