The object of the tender is an instrument for measurement of 3D surface texture and form. The instrument must be able for using Coherence Scanning Interferometry (CSI), Confocal Microscopy (CM) and Focus Variation (FV). The instrument must be able to measure samples (min 60 x 60 x height 30 mm^3). The equipment must include PC and software, and mandatory accessories needed to start measurements. Instruments and components which have been used by manufacturer or seller in demo purpose can also be offered. Instruments which are new can be offered with components or options for example objectives which have been in demo use, can be offered (see Annex 2).

The objective is to find one professional supplier that can guarantee a high standard of quality and who is capable of providing the Microscope and installation and user training in its entirety. VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd will choose one supplier from among the tenderers.
