Kuvaus
The object of the acquisition is the agency service of non-nordic printed literature as order and delivery process to the delivery addresses determined by the customer (University of Jyväskylä, JYU).
The agency service contains the orders made by the customer via the supplier’s electronic ordering system and the products delivered to the delivery addresses.
The contract period is at maximum four (4) years: 2 years +1+1 (option years)
The value is an estimate, and the agreement does not constitute a purchase obligation for the buyer. The volume of non-nordic printed books ordered for the JYU may vary annually.
JYU reserves the right to order books directly from publishers or through other vendors.
