Laurea University of Applied Sciences is planning procurement of Grant Writing services for project preparation services for programmes such as Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, CERV, Research Council of Finland and Business Finland.

The procurement includes the following activities:

1. Project proposal preparation for European funding instruments

2. Project proposal preparation for national funding instruments

3. Quality Assurance and Proofreading This is a prior information notice (request for information) for potential tenderers.

Please note that we are not requesting tenders at this stage. This notice includes an invitation to a market dialogue, where all suppliers interested in the procurement can have the opportunity to participate. All the information provided at this stage is preliminary and indicative prior information.

The market dialogue is arranged by sending draft versions of the tender documents for interested tenderers for their comments. Purchasing authority may also ask additional questions about object of the procurement. The preliminary timeline for the delivery of draft versions of the tender documents and questions is in February 2025, most likely midmonth.

Compensation is not paid for attending the market dialogue.

Participation at this stage does not bind any party in a potential future Invitation to Tender in any way. Suppliers who do not participate at this stage are equally allowed to participate later on when Invitation to Tender is published.
