The coordinators tasks include the following (these tasks has to include to the given total price):

Represent the consortium towards Business Finland (2 times/year)

Planning of communications and implementation which include:

• Preparation of the communication plan

• Implementation of the agreed comms actions including project presentation and creation and use of Social Media channels

Organize meetings and events, which include:

• Project meetings

• 4 steering board meetings, planning, participation, work after the meeting. At least 1 onsite in 2024-2025 and others by teams depending on the budget

• 1 Annual seminar (teams)

• 1 Final seminar

Project communication:

- producing content for UO CoCoBin's pages and the coordinator's CoCoBin's pages

- the process of obtaining publication permission from the steering group

- 2-3 newsletters about the CoCoBin project

- Organize 12 WP leaders’ meetings, planning, participation, work after the meeting. WP meetings are held

every three months (4 per year across 4 WPs, totaling 32 meetings).

Put together final reports (electronically)

• Planning and coordination of the content, lay-out, language correction, graphics

One short public and one more specified to the consortium

• Facilitate a portal for outside communication (webpages)

CoCoBin is a two year Business Finland funded project which started in 1st of June 2024 and will end on the 31st of May 2026 or with a possible extension 6 months later. The official end date of CoCoBin project is May 31 2026. However many research partners began a few months after the official start date due to national holidays, vacation time and recruitment processes. As a result, the project end date may be extended by a few months, which will not affect the estimated workload. Given that, this coordination work does not require full-time attention daily, it is estimated that the workload over the next two years, will equate to approximately seven months of work.

The total budget for the CoCoBin project is about 6,65 Million euros.

The Tender shall include the total price (€) of the project coordination services without meeting costs (venue and foodservice).
